What is ice wine?

Ice wine is produced when fully ripe grapes freeze on the vine and are harvested and pressed while still frozen.

This requires temperatures of at least -7 °C.

Our ice wine was harvested on December 26, 2021.

It goes perfectly with desserts, cheese and bread.
